As a pioneer in the strategic deployment of hybrid technology among Chinese automakers, Chery Group has cultivated a robust "three-pronged approach" based on over two decades of technological advancement, encompassing core technology, stringent safety standards, and an open source ecosystem. EXEED represents the culmination of this strategic endeavor, signifying the entry of Chinese brands into the forefront of global competition within the premium hybrid vehicle market.
At the launch event, Chery Group Chairman Yin Tongyue underscored that the brand's primary objective in deploying hybrid technology has consistently centered on "four affordables": sustainable green development, accessible pricing, dependable safety, and reliable range, thereby offering global consumers a diverse array of technological solutions. He articulated, "The potential of hybrid technology is ever-evolving, and Chery Group's commitment lies in fostering the green transformation of the global automotive industry through comprehensive technology control, the establishment of industry standards, and the collaborative construction of an open source ecosystem." This strategic vision is directly embodied in Chery Group's definition of hybrid technology's "four highs and one strong" standard: high energy efficiency, high performance, high intelligence, high safety, and robust off-road capability. Fueled by a new-generation hybrid engine achieving a groundbreaking thermal efficiency of 48%, a hybrid transmission boasting a comprehensive efficiency of 93%, and a globally competitive 280kW high-power system, Chery Group is redefining the parameters of the hybrid experience through technological innovation, with EXEED serving as the central platform for the implementation of these leading-edge technologies.

EXEED remains steadfast in its commitment to extreme technological exploration, and its hybrid products deeply reflect Chery Group Group's technological heritage and strategic deployment. Taking the RX PHEV as an illustrative example; this vehicle is constructed upon Chery Group's proprietary third-generation PHEV technology and the M3X native super-energy hybrid platform. This vehicle features a quad-motor, all-wheel-drive architecture, delivering a maximum power output of 455kW, a peak torque of 920 N·m, and achieving zero-to-hundred kilometers per hour acceleration in approximately 4 seconds. Furthermore, with a pure electric driving range of 160 km and a comprehensive range of 1343 km, it effectively mitigates range anxiety. As the embodiment of hybrid technology, the RX PHEV also underwent stringent validation on a 3.2-kilometer FIA Grade II certified track in Zhejiang, China, on April 24. This testing included navigating 16 consecutive bends, executing extreme acceleration and braking maneuvers, and evaluating high-speed cornering stability, thereby comprehensively validating the inherent capabilities of its quad-motor, all-wheel-drive architecture.
