From Growth to Green: Chery's Sustainability Pledge at the 2023 User Summit

At the 2023 Chery International User Summit held in Wuhu, China, on October 18, Chery International sparked many discussions from its rapid development to its active social responsibility to help the sustainable development of the automotive industry. Themed "New Journey, New Life," the event attracted more than 500 car owners, media and other participants from more than 40 countries.



The three highlights of the summit centered on the principles of new ecology, new technology, and new future, meaning that EXEED, as Chery's international premium brand, will also be committed to creating an intelligent living circle that integrates "people, cars, and life" in the future. The event was not only to discuss Chery International's impressive growth, but also to share Chery International's perspectives on sustainability, social responsibility, economic partnerships and its global sales history.

 

The summit began with an enlightening discussion on Chery International's remarkable growth trajectory, which is due in large part to the unwavering support of more than 3 million overseas customers, among them the trust of EXEED premium customers.

 

The economic dimension and strategic partnerships were an integral part of the summit dialog. Relevant dignitaries from the Wuhu government joined Chery International in discussions that emphasized the company's impressive success and ambitious future plans.



Chery International's global reach was further recognized at the summit, where Chery Group Chairman Yin Tongyue welcomed more than 12 million customers and over 600 friends. Chery International, which includes the EXEED brand, saw explosive sales growth from July through September, with more than 150,000 units sold, adding concrete evidence of the company's upward trajectory.



In terms of innovation and collaboration, Chery International has demonstrated the strength of Chinese passenger car brands. Mr. Zhang's leadership of an international team that has led Chery International to an enviable position is highly recognized. At the same time, Chery International has put forward a vision to lead technological innovations in new energy, intelligent internet and autonomous driving.



The summit aptly highlighted Chery International's commitment to globalization, social responsibility and environmental protection. Covering all aspects of car buying, maintenance, convenience, car leasing and market trends for the younger generation, the summit emphasized the importance of building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

 

To enhance the after-sales service experience, the summit introduced the concept of creating a network of car maintenance and repair shops that prioritize unique, personalized service for customers. Discussions on car sharing, quality control, the road to car tuning and the future significance of car sharing made up the automotive-centric sessions of the summit.

 

Product development and marketing strategies also took center stage, with a great deal of recognition for sales training through digital VR robots and with the help of artificial intelligence. They also discussed the potential of sharing products and information with partners to expand their reach and create successful business models.

 

In addition, the summit examined customer ecology, live shopping and the impact of live shopping on consumer behavior and marketing strategies, prioritizing brand experience and try-before-you-buy options.

 

The event also dabbled in product design and collaboration. Speakers discussed product trade with different types of sellers and the growing trend of eco-friendly products and services in the automotive industry.

 

The event concluded with awards and presentations recognizing outstanding sales talent and customers who have contributed to the success of Chery International.
